Sorsana ("biz", "uygulama"), Tuna Bostancıbaşı tarafından geliştirilen bir eğitim sosyal platformudur. Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Sorsana'nın kişisel verilerinizi nasıl topladığını, kullandığını ve koruduğunu açıklamaktadır.

Hesap bilgileri

E-posta adresi — kayıt veya giriş sırasında
Kullanıcı adı — hesap oluştururken seçtiğiniz

Açıkça izin vermedikçe hassas konum, kişiler veya mikrofon verisi toplamıyoruz
Kamera ve fotoğraf erişimi yalnızca siz soru fotoğrafı yüklemek istediğinizde talep edilir

Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler

Uygulamayı işletmek için yalnızca aşağıdaki hizmet sağlayıcıları kullanıyoruz. Bu sağlayıcılar verileri yalnızca bizim adımıza ve kendi gizlilik politikalarına göre işler:

Kimlik doğrulama, hesap veritabanı, dosya depolama (soru fotoğrafları, profil görselleri).

Yapay Zeka Hizmet Sağlayıcısı (AI Chat)

Yapay zeka sohbet özelliği için mesajlarınız harici bir AI servisine iletilmektedir. Sohbet geçmişi yalnızca uygulamada saklanır ve model eğitimi için kullanılmaz.

Apple Push Notification Service / Google Firebase Cloud Messaging

Yalnızca onayladığınız push bildirimlerini iletmek için kullanılır.

Veri Saklama

Hesap verileriniz hesabınızı silene kadar saklanır. Hesabınızı sildiğinizde sorularınız, çözümleriniz, yorumlarınız ve tüm profil bilgileriniz 30 gün içinde sunucularımızdan kalıcı olarak silinir.

Haklarınız

Şunları yapabilirsiniz:

Profilinizi ve içeriklerinizi uygulama içinde istediğiniz zaman düzenleyebilirsiniz
Paylaştığınız soru veya çözümleri silebilirsiniz
Hesabınızın tamamını silebilirsiniz (Profil → Ayarlar → Hesabı Sil)
Bildirimleri cihazınızın sistem ayarlarından kapatabilirsiniz
Verilerinizin bir kopyasını talep etmek için bizimle iletişime geçebilirsiniz

KVKK kapsamında Türkiye'de ikamet ediyorsanız (veya AB/EEA, Birleşik Krallık, Kaliforniya'daysa), veri taşınabilirliği, işlemeye itiraz etme ve yerel veri koruma otoritesine şikayette bulunma gibi ek haklara sahipsiniz.

Çocuklar

Sorsana 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir. 13 yaşın altındaki bireylerden bilerek kişisel veri toplamıyoruz. Böyle bir durumun farkına varırsak söz konusu verileri derhal sileriz.

Güvenlik

Aktarımdaki ve depodaki veriler için endüstri standardı HTTPS/TLS şifrelemesi kullanıyoruz. Kimlik doğrulama token'ları, platformun güvenli depolaması (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore) aracılığıyla cihazınızda saklanır.

Bu Politikadaki Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinde veya e-posta yoluyla duyurulacaktır. Üstteki "Son güncelleme" tarihi en son revizyonu gösterir.

Sorsana ("we", "our", "the app") is an educational social platform developed by Tuna Bostancıbaşı. This Privacy Policy describes how Sorsana collects, uses, and safeguards your personal information.

Information We Collect

Account information

Email address — when you register or sign in
Username — chosen at registration
Profile photo (optional) — if you upload one

User content

Questions you post (text and photos)
Solutions and comments you submit
Your vote (upvote/downvote) and badge history
Your AI chat conversation history

Gamification data

XP points, badges, and rank information
Weekly league standings and statistics
Daily login streak records

Technical data

Device push notification token (Apple APNs / Google FCM) — only if you enable notifications
Anonymous crash logs and diagnostic data

How We Use Your Information

To create and maintain your account
To display your questions and solutions to other users
To operate the XP, badge, and leaderboard system
To power the AI chat feature
To send notifications you have opted into
To provide customer support when you contact us
To detect and fix bugs and improve the app

Data We Do Not Collect or Use

We do not sell your data
We do not use your data for advertising
We do not track you across other apps or websites
We do not share your data with third-party advertising networks
We do not collect precise location, contacts, or microphone data without explicit permission
Camera and photo library access is only requested when you choose to upload a question photo

Third-Party Services

We use the following service providers strictly to operate the app. These providers process data only on our behalf and according to their own privacy policies:

Supabase

Authentication, account database, file storage (question photos, profile images).

AI Service Provider (AI Chat)

Your messages are sent to an external AI service to power the chat feature. Conversation history is stored only within the app and is not used for model training.

Apple Push Notification Service / Google Firebase Cloud Messaging

Used solely to deliver push notifications you have opted into.

Data Retention

Your account data is retained until you delete your account. When you delete your account, all your questions, solutions, comments, and profile data are permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

Your Rights

You can:

Access and edit your profile and content at any time inside the app
Delete individual questions or solutions you have posted
Delete your entire account (Profile → Settings → Delete Account)
Disable notifications in your device's system settings
Request a copy of your data by contacting us

If you are an EU/EEA, UK, California, or Turkish KVKK resident, you have additional rights including data portability, the right to object to processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Children

Sorsana is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.

Security

We use industry-standard HTTPS/TLS encryption for data in transit and at rest. Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device using the platform's secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore).

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced inside the app or via email. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
